
Before we go any further, I want you to ask yourself the following questions to better understand where you are at now in your vaping journey.
You have already taken the courageous step to stop vaping, but really think about your current situation - this will help you better understand your current situation. I would like you to answer the following questions. There are no right or wrong answers, just your own personal ones:

- 3What will your situation look like if you stop, and you are now a non-vaper?
- 4Is anyone else affected by you vaping?
When answering the questions, there are multiple areas to consider: health, money, relationships, social reasons eg loved ones, friends, in public, and breaking free from addiction.
Don't rush to answer the questions. Have a good think about them before writing the answers down. You may even come up with reasons you hadn't thought of before!
You can write them down on your phone, using a fresh pad of paper, or the journal I have attached as a resource below (page 4).
Only one of them may apply to you, or maybe more than one will. Maybe they all will. What's important is that the answers are personal to you. They will form the foundation of the most important motivator behind quitting:
