4. Coaching & Dual Role Policy

At Vape Escape, our coaching is designed to help you make lasting changes to your habits, mindset, and lifestyle so you can live vape‑free.While Dr Picot is a GMC‑registered doctor, all coaching is delivered in a non‑medical capacity — as a certified health coach, not as your doctor.

What Our Coaching Includes

  • Behaviour change strategies to help you quit vaping

  • Support with stress management, sleep, and healthy routines

  • Tools and exercises to build confidence and resilience

  • Motivation and accountability to stay on track

  • Evidence‑based information about nicotine and habit change

What Coaching Does Not Include

  • Diagnosing medical conditions

  • Prescribing or advising on medications, supplements, or medical  treatments

  • Interpreting test results or giving clinical recommendations

  • Providing urgent or emergency support

  • Replacing your GP or other healthcare providers

Why This Matters

This separation between coaching and medical care is important for your safety and to stay within professional guidelines.If a medical concern comes up during coaching, we’ll always encourage you to speak with your GP or another qualified healthcare professionals.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this website or any associated app. By using the site, you confirm that you are of legal age and capable of entering a binding contract under UK law.
